Short, practical guides — how to clean a device properly, how to get the most out of the battery, and what to expect when you unbox. No medical claims, no marketing filler.
Your first device: what to expect
Unbox, charge it fully, then read the one-page guide that comes with the device before you use it. Start on the lowest intensity. Controls vary by model. Follow the included user manual for operation. Nova, Paw and Pulse each have two heads that can be adjusted independently.
Cleaning and care
- Before and after every use: Wipe the contact surfaces with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap, or rinse the contact surfaces locally. Keep charging connections dry. Do not immerse the device. Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Silicone and lubricant: use water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricant degrades silicone surfaces over time.
- Storage: dry fully before storing, keep away from direct sunlight and heat, and store separately from other silicone items so surfaces do not bond.
- Inspect before use: if the housing is cracked or the charging port is wet, stop using the device and contact us.
Charging and battery care
- All supplied charging cables have USB-C connectors at the power-source end. Bloom, Aura, Nova and Halo use magnetic connectors at the device end; Paw and Pulse use pin connectors. A power adapter is not included. Charge fully before the first use.
- Use a standard USB charger. Avoid leaving a device plugged in for days after it reaches full charge.
- If you will not use a device for a long period, charge it to roughly half and recharge it every three months — batteries that sit fully drained lose capacity.
- Never charge a device with a wet or damp charging port.
App setup (Paw™ and Pulse™)
Scan the QR code in the included user manual to download the app. App control supports long-distance remote operation. Follow the manual and app instructions to connect your device. Each head can be adjusted independently.
Halo remote control
Halo includes a remote control and a button-cell battery for the remote.
Travel and discretion
- Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with a neutral name on the label.
- Devices contain lithium batteries, so they belong in cabin baggage rather than checked luggage.
- Charge devices to roughly half before flying, and switch them off in transit.
Warranty and repairs
All NexaJoy devices carry a 12-month warranty. If a device stops charging, stops responding, or develops a fault, email mengziqi@nexajoy.shop with your order number and a short video of the problem. Once we confirm the fault we send a replacement or issue a refund — in most cases you will not need to return the unit.
