Charging
The supplied charging cable has a USB-C connector at the power-source end and a pin connector at the device end. Use the supplied charging cable with a compatible USB-C power source. A power adapter is not included.
App and dual-head control
Scan the QR code in the included user manual to download the app. App control supports long-distance remote operation. Each head can be adjusted independently.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with tracking emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned. Most US orders arrive within 5-8 business days after dispatch. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — see our refund policy.
12-month warranty. It covers manufacturing defects, charging faults, and a device that stops working under normal use. It does not cover water damage from submersion, accidental drops, or normal wear to the silicone surface. To claim, email mengziqi@nexajoy.shop with your order number and a short video or photo of the issue. We reply within one business day and, in most cases, ship a replacement without asking you to return the unit.
Cleaning and care
- Wipe the contact surfaces with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap, or rinse the contact surfaces locally. Keep charging connections dry. Do not immerse the device. Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Storage: once it is fully dry, keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with nothing pressed against the contact surface.
- Use water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricant can leave a film on the surface that soap will not remove.
